D&A Blended Case Management
This full time position will provide blended case
management services to various populations, specifically clients
needing drug and alcohol services.
Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field.
At least two years experience in the drug & alcohol field.
Strong interpersonal skills. Act 33/34 and FBI clearances
and drivers license required.
Individuals who have accessed human services are
encouraged to apply.
