Michael P. Robb, MA

Executive Director

Michael P. Robb was named Executive Director of Center for Community Resources in August 2005. He is also Executive Director of Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (founded in 2008) and the Nonprofit Development Corporation (founded in 2010). The three sister agencies are located in downtown Butler.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from John Carroll University and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology and Counseling from Slippery Rock University. Mike has over 19 years experience in the nonprofit sector, including over 13 years dedicated to fiscal and operational supports and efficiencies. He currently oversees 59 programs which are available to over 180,000 residents in our region.

Mike is a member of Butler Collaborative for Families and is Chair of the Criminal Justice Advisory Board. He is a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boy Scouts of America – Moraine Trails Council, Hearing and Deaf Services and South East Butler County Community Alliance.

He is a Supervisor, Chairman for Winfield Township, and a coach for Knoch Area Soccer Association and South Butler School District Boys and Girls Basketball. In 2010, 2011 and 2012, Mike won the Pittsburgh Pacesetter Award, presented by Smart Business Pittsburgh. He is the only person ever to win the award three years in a row. In 2011, Mike won the Diamond Award presented by Pittsburgh Business Times. In 2012, Mike won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2012 Award, Nonprofit Category, in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  In 2014, Mike won the Smart Business Smart 50 Award and in 2015, the Rehabilitation & Community Providers Association (RCPA) Leadership Award.


Chris Lunn

Chief Fiscal Officer

Chris Lunn was named Chief Fiscal Officer of Center for Community Resources in September 2015.  He is also CFO of sister companies Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (founded in 2008) and Nonprofit Development Corporation (founded in 2010).   He joined Center for Community Resources in 2013 as the Director of Finance.

Chris holds Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University.  He has over 15 years of experience in management and accounting, working in both the for profit and nonprofit sectors.
