Executive Leadership

Michael P. Robb, Executive Director

  • Mike Robb was named Executive Director of Center for Community Resources in August 2005. He is also Executive Director of sister companies Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (founded in 2008) and Nonprofit Development Corporation (founded in 2010). Mike has over 17 years experience in the nonprofit sector, including over 11 years dedicated to fiscal and operational supports and efficiencies.
  • Mike is an active member of our community. He is a member of Butler Collaborative for Families. He is a Board Member on the Criminal Justice Advisory Board, Hearing and Deaf Services, South East Butler County Community Alliance, and the Butler Armco Credit Union. He is Supervisor, Vice-Chairman for Winfield Township and a Soccer Coach for the Knoch Area Soccer Association.
  • Mike has been recognized as a 2010 Pittsburgh Pacesetter. The Pacesetters Award, initiated by Smart Business Pittsburgh, recognizes outstanding business and community leaders who have made a significant impact on the region and its future.

Eric Schultz, Chief Fiscal Officer

  • Eric Schultz was named Chief Fiscal Officer of Center for Community Resources in August 2005. He is also CFO of sister companies Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (founded in 2008) and Nonprofit Development Corporation (founded in 2010).
  • Eric has over 38 years of accounting and finance work in the manufacturing industry and nonprofit sector. He was Controller for Weyerhaeuser Co. & Tyco International and has consulting experience with Sarbanes/Oxley Auditing Standards & Regulations.
  • Eric donates personal time performing annual audits for Meals-On-Wheels, Glade Run UP Church, Food Bank of South Butler, Pre-school Place of South Butler.  He is Treasurer on the Board of Trustees at Butler County Community College and Secretary of the Winterlake Homeowner’s Association in Penn Township.
  • Eric received the 2010 CFO of the Year Award (small nonprofit category) presented by the Pittsburgh Business Times. These awards are given to financial professionals in the Pittsburgh region for outstanding performance in their roles as corporate financial stewards
