Intellectual Disabilities Supports Coordination
For children and adults who have been diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, our supports coordination is a well-known and well-respected program that helps with locating, coordinating and monitoring services that improve the quality of their lives.
We refer individuals and families to home and community-based services such as:

Companion services

Employment services

Adult day programs, including
pre-vocational programming and adult training facilities -
Specialized therapies (i.e. physical, behavioral, speech)

Transportation services

Residential services

Environmental and vehicle accessibility adaptations
Due to limited funding, there could be a waiting list for these services.
