Intellectual Disabilities Supports Coordination

For children and adults who have been diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, our supports coordination is a well-known and well-respected program that helps with locating, coordinating and monitoring services that improve the quality of their lives.

We refer individuals and families to home and community-based services such as:

  • Respite services

  • Companion services

  • Employment services

  • Adult day programs, including
pre-vocational programming and adult training facilities

  • Specialized therapies (i.e. physical, behavioral, speech)

  • Transportation services

  • Residential services

  • Environmental and vehicle accessibility adaptations

Due to limited funding, there could be a waiting list for these services.

Where do I start?
