Utility Assistance

Utility Assistance is an information and referral hotline to assist people in resolving a home heating and energy crisis. The Utility Assistance program acts as a single point of contact for the many governmental, private and charitable funds that are available to address energy and related needs. We can also provide weatherization and energy conservation information.

Call 1-800-481-3653, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Weekends and evenings calls are received either by Crisis Services or via an electronic answering machine, with a 24 - 48 hour response-to-call return policy.
