Early Intervention

For Children from Birth to Age 3

CCR's Early Intervention (EI) staff can help address concerns regarding your child’s development. CCR's services are family-centered and strength-based. Our staff can connect families to resources for their child's assessed needs.

How Early Intervention can help:

CCR's Early Intervention program can coordinate a developmental evaluation for your child from birth to age 3.

If the evaluation determines your child has a qualifying need, our Service Coordinators can link you to supports and services at no cost. Services can be provided in your home or within other environments natural to your child, these services may include:

  • Special Instruction

  • Physical Therapy

  • Occupational Therapy

  • Speech Therapy

  • Nutrition Services

  • Vision and Hearing Services

Service Coordinators also make referrals to community and social service agencies, which include:

  • Childcare Centers

  • Early Head Start Programs

  • Free Community Events

  • Transition Services
