Representative Payee Services
Center for Community Resourcesโ (CCR) Representative Payee program serves individuals who have been determined incapable of managing their own funds, either by a physician or a court.
The Representative Payee manages an individualโs funds, including:
Social Security
Social Security Disability
Retirement
Survivor Benefits
Supplemental Social Security Income
Referrals may come from a doctorโs note, court order, or an individual may call CCR and request services.
The Representative Payee will:
Ensure bills are being paid.
Establish savings accounts.
Provide the individual with weekly spending money.
Help with burial plots and life insurance policies; if needed.
Schedule routine budget meetings with the individual.
